Dr. Baltalı holds a law degree from Bilgi University, Istanbul. Candemir has transactional and advisory experience in banking law, restructuring, regulatory and mergers and acquisitions. He has an LL.M. degree from University of Westminster in Corporate Finance Law and Ph.D. degree from Bilgi University, Istanbul on corporate law. His LL.M. thesis “Basel III: Dehybridization of Capital” is published by NYU Journal of Law & Business” in 2011 and he is the author of “The Privilege to be Represented in the Board of Directors in Joint Stock Companies”, an extensive book focusing on board of directors, which makes him an expert on company law with extensive knowledge and unique experience. He speaks Turkish and English.

She is a dual qualified attorney at law (New York and Istanbul Bars) with transactional and advisory experience in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and energy. Begüm has a law degree from Koç University and completed her LL.M. studies in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law at the Faculty of Law of Fordham University in New York.  She speaks Turkish and English.

Özge focuses on complex and high-value disputes with a focus on domestic and cross-border litigation particularly in commercial matters. She has experience in a broad range of industries, including aviation, tourism, construction, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, retail, software, telecommunications and automotive. She also has broad IP law experience and advises both Turkish and international companies on, among others, commercial, regulatory and contentious matters relating to IT contracts, outsourcing, data protection and privacy, and e-commerce, as well as on the general media and telecommunications sectors. She is graduated from Istanbul University and has an LL.M degree from Fribourg University, Switzerland in the field of International Contracts & Arbitration.
