Onur has over 25 years of experience, formerly being a senior in-house lawyer at Yapı Kredi Bank, one of the Turkey’s leading banks. He is leading the banking finance practice of the firm and has a wide range of transactional and advisory experience covering banking and financial markets. He has done outstanding number of finance deals including project finance, acquisition finance, structured finance and restructurings. He has a law degree from Marmara University and speaks Turkish, English and French
